How Do I Rent/Reserve the
Trailer?
The
TBA Carnival Trail is made possible through the generous gifts of the
Tarrant Baptist Association churches and the unit may only be
checked-out by participating and contributing member churches of the
Tarrant Baptist Association.
Step 1: Up
To One Year In Advance:

Check the
calendar or
call Cindy at 817-624-3918
for availability.

If the date is
available, send the $300.00 rental fee (as of October 1st, 2006),
made payable to River Oaks Baptist Church and the forms, mailed to:
River Oaks Baptist Church,
1515 Long Ave., River Oaks TX 76114.
When the check & forms are
received, the date will be reserved for your church.
Step 2:

Mail $100.00 Damage Deposit check to
River Oaks Baptist.
Note: Check for Security Deposit will be shredded if trailer
and its contents are not damaged or missing
AND if we receive the Inventory Sheets within one week of your
rental date.

Mail or Fax Certificate
of Liability Insurance to ROBC.
NOTE: This is NOT a photo copy of the
Declaration Page of your insurance policy.
If you have questions call
your agent and read #8 of the Lease Agreement to them.
Your
agent may fax the Certificate directly to Tricia at 817-624-1693.
You must cancel your
reservation thirty (30) days in advance of your reservation date to
receive a refund of the $300.00 rental fee.
