INSTRUCTIONS:

The
TBA Carnival Trailers are made possible through the generous gifts of the
Tarrant Baptist Association churches and the TarrantNet Association The unit may only be
checked-out by participating and contributing member churches of the
Tarrant Baptist Association and TarrantNet Association. |

TRAILERS
MUST BE KEPT IN A SAFE, SECURE AREA WITH THE HITCH LOCK SECURED OVER THE
BALL HITCH TO HELP PREVENT THEFT. |
 |
The trailer
will not be taken outside the Tarrant County area (Riverbend Retreat
Center is the exception) |
 |
Your
event will not be placed on the Trailer Reservation Calendar until the
$300.00 (as of October 1, 2006) rental fee and the Reservation Form are received in the ROBC
office. |
 |
Pay close attention when you unload
& unfold each inflatable so that you can re-roll and reload each piece as
you found them. Be sure each piece is re-strapped to the labeled dolly.
Failure to do so will forfeit the return of the
Damage Deposit. |

Be sure to position a black tarp
under each inflatable to help protect the bottom surfaces. (Tarps are located in
the trailer.) |
 |
Please read and follow all directions
for use of each piece of equipment provided. |
 |
Inflatable units must be operated
over a smooth, compatible surface such as grass or a hard top surface. The Unit
may NOT be operated on rough surfaces such as rocks, bricks, glass or any jagged
objects. Unit must be anchored prior to
use and deflated in high winds or gusts.
You will need to make special anchoring provisions if the inflatable is
used on a hard top surface (parking lot, etc.) The unit POSITIVELY may NOT be
located within 5 feet of any wall, pole, and fixed object. |

Your church/organization is responsible for cleaning all equipment used.
If equipment is returned un-cleaned your
organization will forfeit the Damage Deposit fee. |

If you discover any damage to any of
the equipment upon set up you must notify ROBC IMMEDIATELY
otherwise your church/organization will be held liable for the damage. |
 |
User must furnish electrical outlet
with slo-blo fuse or 30-amp fuse circuit without anything else connected. Use of
more than one 50-foot extension cord may cause motor to burn up!! Use only one
blower per fuse circuit. Use of extension cords other that those provided with
unit is strictly prohibited. If you will be using a generator: 1 - 5000 watt
generator with at least 2-110 circuits will handle all 6 blowers. You will need to use the 2'
extension cords with the 3 outlets that are provided. |

For pick up, you will need to send a
suitable pulling vehicle with a 2” ball hitch for
Trailer Unit 1 and a
2 5/16" ball hitch for Trailer Unit 2. Please note that this is a 16
ft. trailer with contents weighing in excess of 5000 lbs. An experienced driver
with trailer maneuvering proficiency is essential.
IMPORTANT! The packed up inflatables are large and heavy. You will
need 4 to 6 men to load and unload the items from the trailer. There are several
dollies on the trailer to assist with loading and unloading. |

To reserve and secure your date
please send a check made payable to River Oaks Baptist Church in the amount of
$300.00 (if you cancel the reservation one (1) month before your reservation
date this amount will be returned to you. A $100.00 Damage Deposit, (which will
be returned if equipment is picked up, returned on time and in good, clean
condition) along with all forms and insurance certificate are required two (2)
weeks prior to your reservation date. |

CANCELLATIONS:
If your church must cancel the reservation of the trailer please notify ROBC
ASAP. Cancellations less than one month
from reservation date will forfeit the return of rental fee ($300.00, as of
October 1, 2006) |
